Business Development Representative

We are looking for a bilingual Business Development Representative to join our team and support our growth mandate.

The Opportunity:

Working collaboratively with the KixCare team, the Business Development Representative will:

  • Develop a prospecting and engagement strategy to drive revenue opportunities with employer groups, either directly or through channel partners (e.g., brokers and benefits consultants), health plans, and other network affiliates
  • Generate prospects through networking, cold calling, attending and participating in trade shows and conferences, public speaking, and other sources
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including but not limited to identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing sales and negotiating contracts
  • Maintain and build healthcare, digital health, and virtual health knowledge pertaining to employers, health plans and benefits consultants/brokers
  • Work with customers and prospects to understand and identify their objectives and needs, while aligning our services where opportunities exist
  • Lead engaging sales presentations, managing effective communication of KixCare’s value proposition, ROI, features, and roadmap
  • Track your sales activities through our CRM and provide ongoing updates to management

What You Bring:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • 3+ years experience selling healthcare solutions, insurance, or benefits in the employer market, targeting all levels of organizations with a focus on HR, benefits professionals or their broker/consultant partners
  • Knowledge of key players, trends, and benefits in the Canadian B2B healthcare space
  • Experience developing and managing cloud-based CRM (eg. Hubspot) to organize pipeline activity
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (eg. Google Slides)
  • Self-starter who thrives in an evolving entrepreneurial environment

While this is a remote role, occasional travel within Canada will be expected.
